Plan PD opportunities<br>Collect and analyse data from stakeholders, and trends and propose ways to meet the needs.<br>2. Do\/Implement PD activities<br>Implement PD activities through organizing or collaborating with other parties.<br>3. Check the effectiveness of the PD activities<br>Collect and analyse client data to find opportunities for improvement of the unit\u2019s effort.<br>4. Act on the findings<br>Implement the improvement identified in future activities.<br>5.
