“HEALTHIER DIET, HEALTHIER YOU!”<\/strong>

 DESCRIPTION OF PROGRAMME<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This training session is conducted for all academic staff to increase awareness of the principles of a healthier diet and empower them with the knowledge and skills <\/p>\n\n\n\n

to make sustainable dietary choices that promote overall health and wellbeing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Registration is already open and available in HURIS<\/strong>. Kindly remind your supervisor to RECOMMEND<\/strong> your application before the closing date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

*1.5<\/em><\/strong>CTD<\/strong> points will be awarded to those who:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
