The Centre for Professional Development would like to invite all IIUM academic staff to enroll in training , which will be held as follows:

Topic: The Future of AI-Enhanced Professional Development for Educators <\/strong>
Speaker: Prof. Dr. Rosalina Abdul Salam , Dean Faculty of Science and Technology (USIM)<\/strong>

Time : 10.00 am – 12.00 pm<\/strong>

PROGRAM OUTCOMES<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

By the end of this, participants will be able to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Analyze current limitations in professional development and the potential of AI to address them.
2. Identify key AI tools and platforms applicable to educator learning and growth.
3. Evaluate real-world case studies showcasing effective integration of AI in professional development.
4. Understand ethical, legal, and equity-related challenges associated with AI in education.
5. Apply informed strategies for implementing AI-enhanced professional development within their own institutional contexts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
