Define microlearning and understand how it supports learner engagement, retention, and accessibility\u2014especially for digital natives who prefer fast, mobile-friendly content.

Describe the behaviours and expectations of today\u2019s tech-savvy learners and learn how to align content delivery with their cognitive styles, attention spans, and digital habits.

Explain the practical strategies for chunking information into digestible segments and writing clear learning goals and structuring content that is both purposeful and engaging in a microlearning format

Use simple, beginner-friendly tools and templates, animations, and visuals effectively to communicate key messages in a short video format.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
