PROGRAM OUTCOMES<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.\u00a0Develop CLO-aligned assessment plans using principles of constructive alignment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.\u00a0Develop exam questions that are aligned with Course Learning Outcomes (CLOs), ensuring appropriate distribution across lower-order and higher-order thinking skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Implement item analysis results (difficulty index, discrimination index, distractor effectiveness) to improve the validity and reliability of exam questions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
