PROGRAM OUTCOMES<\/u><\/strong>
1.\u00a0Demonstrate personal resilience and mental well-being by applying evidence-based strategies for stress management, emotional regulation, and sustainable self-care in the higher education context.
2.\u00a0Recognize and respond to mental health concerns in students and colleagues, including identifying early warning signs and utilizing IIUM\u2019s support systems and referral pathways effectively.
3.\u00a0Build a supportive academic environment through ethical, empathetic, and proactive practices that promote mental health awareness and well-being within the university community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
