PROGRAM OUTCOMES<\/u><\/strong>
1.\u00a0Understand the basic concepts and principles of halal.
2. Identify the scope of the halal industry and key halal critical ingredients.
3. Gain an overview of the halal certification process and general requirements in Malaysia.
4. Develop basic awareness of halal requirements in products and services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
