Programme Outcomes:<\/strong>
Upon completion of the programme, participants are expected to:
1. Explain the\u00a0core principles of systems thinking and how they apply to institutional\u00a0challenges, particularly the interconnectedness of academic\u00a0and administrative functions.
2.\u00a0Identify opportunities to apply systems thinking concepts to improve teaching, problem-solving, and decision-making in their own roles.
3. Discuss how a system thinking mindset can support collaboration and institutional transformation at IIUM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Participants who are successfully selected will receive a confirmation email after the registration closing date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Are recorded in Zoom attendance for the required duration
3. Submit the evaluation form within 24 hours<\/p>\n\n\n\n
