Programme Outcomes:
<\/strong>Upon completion of the programme, participants are expected to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Analyse the learning characteristics of Gen Z and multicultural learners to determine suitable engagement strategies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Apply appropriate approaches to manage challenging student behaviour in the classroom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Demonstrate cultural intelligence by adapting teaching practices to support student and workplace diversity.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Participation from administrative staff requires approval from the immediate supervisor and may register HERE<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

14th October 2026 (Wednesday), before 4.00 pm<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Participants who are successfully selected will receive a confirmation email after the registration closing date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CTD points will be awarded to participants who:
1. Complete the i-Attend record
2. Are recorded in Zoom attendance for the required duration
3. Submit the evaluation form within 24 hours<\/p>\n\n\n\n
