Dear Postgraduate Students,<\/h5>
We are pleased to inform you that the Postgraduate Ta\u2019aruf Week for Semester 1, 2026\/2027 will be held from 21 September to 24 September 2026.<\/h5>
The programme is organised to welcome newly enrolled postgraduate students to the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) and provide an introduction to the University\u2019s vision, mission, philosophy, academic regulations, postgraduate services, and student life at IIUM.<\/h5>
Please refer to the attached poster and tentative schedule for further information regarding the sessions and activities.<\/h5>

Ta\u2019aruf Sessions: 21 \u2013 23 September 2026<\/h5>
The Ta\u2019aruf sessions from 21 to 23 September 2026 will be conducted online via Zoom. The sessions will cover various aspects of postgraduate studies, academic matters, essential student services, and postgraduate life at IIUM.<\/h5>

Attendance is compulsory for all newly enrolled postgraduate students, and attendance will be recorded throughout the Ta\u2019aruf Week.<\/h5>
Physical Activities: 24 September 2026<\/h5>
On 24 September 2026 (Thursday), we will also have two special activities for newly enrolled postgraduate students:<\/h5>
1. Kuala Lumpur Discovery Tour
Time: 8.30 a.m. \u2013 12.00 p.m.

2. Teh Tarik Session: Hi-Tea with Top Management of CPS
Time: 2.30 p.m. \u2013 4.30 p.m.

Please be informed that seats for both physical activities are limited . Students who wish to participate are kindly requested to register through the respective registration links on a first-come, first-served basis.<\/h5>
Please note: The Kuala Lumpur Discovery Tour and Teh Tarik Session on 24 September 2026 are currently open to newly enrolled postgraduate students at the Gombak Campus. Similar activities for Kuantan Campus students will be organised at a later date.<\/h5>
New students are also highly encouraged to attend the Kulliyyah Briefing organised by their respective Kulliyyah. We look forward to welcoming you to IIUM and having you with us throughout the Postgraduate Ta\u2019aruf Week Semester 1, 2026\/2027.<\/h5>
