We are pleased to inform you that the\u00a0Ta\u2019aruf session for new postgraduate students<\/b>\u00a0will be held from\u00a030 September – 3 October 2025.\u00a0<\/b>This online and physical programme aims to welcome you to the University and introduce IIUM’s vision, mission, philosophy, and academic regulations. Please refer to the poster for more information regarding the activities available.<\/h5>

Attendance is\u00a0compulsory<\/b>\u00a0for all newly matriculated postgraduate students. Kindly confirm your participation by 29 September 2025 through this:\u00a0https:\/\/bit.ly\/registrationform-sem1-2025-26<\/a>\u00a0. Attendance will also be taken during the Ta’aruf Week.<\/h5>
There will be\u00a02<\/i>\u00a0physical sessions<\/i>; however, please be informed that\u00a0only registered applicants are allowed to attend physical sessions due to limited seats.<\/i>\u00a0We encourage you to register early if you wish to join.\u00a0Please ensure that you are able to attend physically on campus<\/b>\u00a0and are not abroad during the session.<\/h5>
i) Ta’aruf Week Physical Outing<\/u><\/h5>
Outing session to the landmark nearby the IIUM Gombak Campus. Depart from IIUM Gombak to IIUM KL Campus ISTAC and many more landmark venues. Those students who are\u00a0physically available at IIUM Gombak Campus on the 2\/10\/2025 can register for the Physical Outing.<\/b><\/h5>

ii)\u00a0Physical High Tea Session with Centre for Postgraduate Top Management.<\/u><\/h5>
High Tea or “Teh Tarik” session with the CPS IIUM top management. Students can vibely ask questions related to Postgraduate in IIUM with the Dean and Deputy Deans in a chill, free and easy session. Those students who are physically available at IIUM Gombak Campus and Kuantan Campus on the 3\/10\/2025 can register for the physical High Tea session.<\/b><\/h5>

New students are also encouraged to attend the\u00a0Kulliyyah Briefing<\/b>\u00a0organized by your respective Kulliyyah. The schedule and details are available at respective DDPG Kulliyyah offices and will be updated regularly.<\/h5>
