\r\n Welcome to the IIUM Leadership Centre. It is a huge Amanah entrusted to lead this initiative as we continue to build upon IIUM's rich legacy of cultivating leaders who inspire, serve, and bring meaningful change to their communities.\r\n <\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/td>\r\n\r\n \r\n

\r\n At our Centre, we are deeply committed to the Vision and Mission of the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). Guided by the principle of Tawhidic Epistemology, we strive to integrate faith and knowledge in our leadership programmes and activities, producing leaders who embody the University's aim of achieving a comprehensive and balanced person. This reflects IIUM's mission to nurture professionals who are equipped to address global challenges while advancing the values of Rahmatan lil 'Alamin.\r\n <\/p>\r\n\r\n

\r\n Aligned with the aspirations of the Ministry of Higher Education Malaysia, our leadership programmes focus on fostering a society grounded in trust, compassion, respect, and shared prosperity in realising the concept of Diversity, Equity and Inclusiveness (DEI). We believe that leadership is a collective responsibility, rooted in service, humility, and the pursuit of excellence.\r\n <\/p>\r\n\r\n

\r\n Through innovative programmes, impactful research, profound publications and meaningful collaborations, the IIUM Leadership Centre aspires to nurture leaders who embody integrity, Cultural Intelligence (CQ), and Spiritual Intelligence (SQ) and\/or spiritual wisdom. About the Director<\/span><\/h2>\r\n
<\/div>\r\n\r\n

\r\n Zurina Abd Ghani holds a Doctorate in Business Administration and is currently the Director at the IIUM Leadership Centre, International Islamic University Malaysia. She oversees University Succession Planning, Transformative Values-based Leadership Programmes and coordinates activities for the University's Global Relevance through Tawhidic epistemology for Whole Institution Transformation agenda.\r\n <\/p>\r\n\r\n

\r\n Zurina is appointed as a fellow member at the Higher Education Leadership Academy (AKEPT), Ministry of Higher Education Malaysia, primarily serving as an advisor and Subject Matter Expert, including facilitating and verifying the leadership competency level of Malaysian National Top Talent (NTT). She is also the module developer and instructor for the Competency Based Talent Management (CBTM) and Leadership programme at the Ministry of Higher Education Malaysia.\r\n <\/p>\r\n\r\n

\r\n Being appointed as an external assessor for the promotion of Higher Education professionals at various Malaysian Higher Institutions has broadened her Values-based leadership skills. Her areas of interest include, but are not limited to, Human Resource Development, Cultural Intelligence (CQ), Spiritual Intelligence (SQ) and Values-based Leadership \/ Humanising Leadership.\r\n <\/p>\r\n\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n <\/div>\r\n<\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
