Following the successful completion of the first series on human resources, this session pivoted to the critical domain of&nbsp;<strong>Financial Matters<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">The programme continues to target administrative and technical officers in acting positions (Grade 12 and 13), providing them with the high-level financial competencies required for senior leadership. This initiative is central to the University\u2019s strategy of fostering a sustainable internal talent pipeline and ensuring that future leaders are well-versed in the complexities of institutional finance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">The second series featured topics \/ modules led by the following officers from the&nbsp;<strong>Finance Division<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong>IIUM New Financial Sustainability Model (NFSM) 2025 and Governance Issues:<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>Mr. Mohamad Nasir bin Kama<\/strong>&nbsp;(Director, Finance Division)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong>Procurement and Contractual Matters:<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>Mr. Muhammad Saifurrijal bin Zaini<\/strong>&nbsp;(Senior Deputy Finance Director)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong>Treasury and Trust Account:<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>Mr. Muhd Izzuan bin Mohd Noor<\/strong>&nbsp;(Senior Deputy Finance Director)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong>Budget and Financial Planning:<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>Mdm. Siti Hawa Latip<\/strong>&nbsp;(Director, Budget &amp; Financial Planning Department)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong>Asset Management:<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>Mr. Anizam bin Ali<\/strong>&nbsp;(Senior Deputy Director, Asset Management Department)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">In line with the programme\u2019s rigorous standards, participants completed&nbsp;pre and post-tests&nbsp;to evaluate their immediate grasp of the financial modules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">As this is the second of a three-part series, participants were reminded that a&nbsp;comprehensive test&nbsp;will be conducted following the completion of the third and final series. This cumulative assessment will serve as a definitive measure of competency enhancement and remains a key requirement for the University\u2019s performance evaluation regarding the confirmation of promotion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">The successful execution of this second series further solidifies the&nbsp;ILC\u2019s&nbsp;mission to produce well-rounded, financially literate leaders capable of driving&nbsp;organisational excellence&nbsp;and ensuring the University\u2019s long-term sustainability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\"><mark
