This third series marks the completion of the comprehensive leadership cycle, focusing on&nbsp;<strong>Legal, Quality, Integrity and Physical Development.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">As with previous sessions, the programme targeted administrative and technical officers currently serving in acting positions at Grade 12 and 13. The session was specifically designed to provide strategic perspectives and practical guidance, ensuring that future leaders are equipped to manage complex issues and serve university stakeholders with professional excellence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">The final series featured expert-led modules focused on institutional governance and operational standards:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong>Integrity and Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS):<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>Dr. Siti Zainab Bt. Tauhed<\/strong>&nbsp;(Director of Administration, SASMEC)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong>Physical Development and Maintenance:<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>Madam Hazlina Bt. Mazlan<\/strong>&nbsp;(Director, Development Division)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong>Legal Matters:<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>Mr. Mohamad Bin Mos<\/strong>&nbsp;(Assistant Legal Adviser, Office of the Legal Adviser)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">In addition to the standard&nbsp;pre and post-tests&nbsp;conducted for this series, this final instalment marks a significant milestone for the participants. Having completed all three thematic series, participants are now prepared for the&nbsp;the final assessment which is designed to measure the knowledge obtained throughout the programme. As a vital tool for the University, the results of this comprehensive evaluation will serve as a primary indicator of leadership readiness and a key requirement for the performance evaluation regarding the&nbsp;confirmation of promotion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">The successful completion of the entire&nbsp;Leadership Acceleration Programme&nbsp;reflects the&nbsp;ILC\u2019s&nbsp;dedication to talent sustainability.
