Dr. Noor Hayani Abd Rahim, Head of Kulliyyah of Information and Communication Technology<\/p>\n<p>We were honoured to host a benchmarking visit from the Aminuddin Baki Institute (IAB), welcoming a delegation of\u00a0 80 aspiring school leaders comprising future headmasters and principals as part of their leadership development programme.<\/p>\n<p>The visit served as an invaluable platform for knowledge exchange and exposure to best practices in institutional management and leadership. The benchmarking objectives focused on:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensuring quality services through effective management<\/li>\n<li>Optimal utilisation of resources including Human Resource, Finance, IT\/AI, and Infrastructure<\/li>\n<li>Cultivating a positive organisational culture and leadership excellence<\/li>\n<li>Staff recognition, welfare initiatives, and corporate social responsibility<\/li>\n<li>Sustaining the reputation and excellence of the institution<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Throughout the visit, the participants engaged in presentations, sharing sessions, and interactive discussions with our management team.
