Participants of the programme will be able to enhance the requisite knowledge that will place them in a vantage position to provide legal advice and perform the tasks as a specialist in the field of commercial\/business law, either in the legal, accounting or other business-related practice. This programme is also suitable for non-lawyers in-charge of business operations at the managerial level who need a good understanding of the legal aspects of those operations. Up-to-date discussions on the regulation of capital markets, corporate governance, bankruptcy and restructuring, and deal-making are the prominent features of this programme.
