Master of Laws (LLM) | in Business Law

This programme is designed to provide participants with in-depth knowledge of business law in the broader context of commercial, accounting, finance and corporate environments. Participants of the programme will be able to enhance the requisite knowledge that will place them in the vantage position to provide legal advice and perform the tasks as a specialist in the field of commercial/business law either in the legal, accounting or other business-related practice. This programme is also suitable for non-lawyers in-charge of business operations at the managerial level who need a good understanding of the legal aspects of those operations. Up-to-date discussion on regulation of capital markets, corporate governance, bankruptcy and restructuring, and deal-making is the prominent feature of this programme.

The courses are taught in a tri semester-based academic calendar with 3 trimesters of 12 teaching weeks per academic year
