LL.M IN INTERNATIONAL LAW

This programme is designed to provide participants with in-depth knowledge of international law that responds to increasing challenges and complexity in the international legal order in the era of globalisation. One notable impact of such a development is that international law has become increasingly detailsed and specific. Matters that it deals with include disputes, security, cyber space, state jurisdictions and conflict of laws, international trade and immigration, to name a few. In order to expose the participants to this broad spectrum of international issues, they can choose to specialise in any on of three areas of international law by following its’ specialisation courses in addition to the requisite core courses.
