IMAMAH & TADARUS LEADER WORKSHOP

This one-day workshop has been organized by the Tilawah Division, CELPAD in collaboration with Mahallah Safiyyah & Mahallah Asma. 20 participants are selected from Mahallah Safiyyah and Asma. The main objectives are:

1. Enhance Leadership Skills: Enable participants to develop and refine their leadership abilities, particularly in the context of Imamah and Tadarus (Quran recitation) roles. Provide practical guidance and strategies to enhance their effectiveness as leaders in these areas.
2. Deepen Understanding of Imamah: Foster a comprehensive understanding of Imamah principles, duties, and responsibilities. Explore the qualities of an effective Imamah.
3. Strengthen Tadarus Skills: Equip participants with the necessary knowledge and techniques to excel in Tadarus (Quran recitation) leadership. Focus on improving recitation skills, Tajweed rules, and engaging the audience during Tadarus sessions.
4. Provide Practical Training: Offer hands-on training sessions, role-playing exercises, and group discussions to practice leadership and Tadarus skills. Allow participants to gain confidence and proficiency in their roles through practical application.
5. Inspire Motivation and Commitment: Motivate participants to embrace their roles as Imamah and Tadarus leaders with passion and commitment. Inspire them to become positive role models, fostering a sense of responsibility and dedication to serving their communities.
