The Centre for Professional Development would like to invite all IIUM academic staff to enroll in training which will be held as follows:

PROGRAMME OUTCOMES:
Upon completion of the training, participants will be able to:
- Understanding of Gamification Principles: Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of gamification concepts and principles and how they can be effectively applied to hybrid flexible learning environments.
- Proficiency in Gamification Tools: Attendees will learn about a variety of tools and technologies available for implementing gamification in education, including platforms for creating challenges, rewards systems, and interactive experiences.
- Strategies for Curriculum Integration: Participants will acquire practical strategies and tips for seamlessly integrating gamification elements into existing curriculum structures, adapting them to suit the needs of hybrid flexible learning models.
- Enhancing Student Engagement: By implementing gamification techniques, participants will discover strategies for increasing student engagement, motivation, and participation in both physical and virtual learning environments.
- Measuring Impact and Effectiveness: Attendees will learn how to evaluate the impact and effectiveness of gamification initiatives on student learning outcomes, including methods for collecting and analyzing data to assess student performance and engagement levels.
