1. Understand the concept of inclusive Open Educational Resources (iOERs) and the importance of inclusivity in open textbook design.
2. Apply Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles and accessibility guidelines in the development of open textbooks.
3. Utilize open licensing and appropriate digital tools to create, adapt, and share inclusive open textbooks effectively.
4. Identify strategies for integrating multimedia and interactive elements to support diverse learner engagement and participation.
5. Recognize the role of community collaboration and ethical practices in sustaining inclusive OER initiatives.
