CPD WEBINAR (LDU): VALIDITY AND RELIABILITY IN ALTERNATIVE ASSESSMENT INSTRUMENTS

The Centre for Professional Development would like to invite all IIUM academic staff to enroll in a webinar, which will be held as follows:

PROGRAM OUTCOMES

1.  Explain the concepts of validity and reliability in relation to alternative assessment instruments used in higher education
2.  Evaluate the extent to which their existing alternative assessment tools demonstrate validity and reliability in measuring intended learning outcomes
3.  Apply appropriate strategies to enhance the validity and reliability of alternative assessment instruments within their own teaching and learning contexts
