1. Evaluate the strategic importance of academic mentorship practices in supporting staff development, long-term succession planning, and sustainable growth within academia at IIUM.
2. Analyze the roles and responsibilities of mentors and mentees in cultivating academic excellence, professional growth, and future leadership at the departmental and Kulliyyah levels.
