The Centre for Professional Development (CPD)  would like to invite all IIUM academic staff to enroll in this training, which will be held as follows:

Programme Outcomes:
Upon completion of the programme, participants are expected to:
1. Explain the core principles of systems thinking and how they apply to institutional challenges, particularly the interconnectedness of academic and administrative functions.
2. Identify opportunities to apply systems thinking concepts to improve teaching, problem-solving, and decision-making in their own roles.
3. Discuss how a system thinking mindset can support collaboration and institutional transformation at IIUM.

Participation from administrative staff requires approval from the immediate supervisor and may register HERE.

Participants who are successfully selected will receive a confirmation email after the registration closing date.

CTD points will be awarded to participants who:
1. Complete the i-Attend record
2. Are recorded in Zoom attendance for the required duration
3. Submit the evaluation form within 24 hours
