The Centre for Professional Development (CPD) will be organizing an online training entitled 
“ACADEMIC GRIT: BUILDING RESILIENCE FOR IVORY TOWER SUCCESS”

The details of the programme are as follows:

 DESCRIPTION OF PROGRAMME
 * Explore how to cultivate resilience, providing practical strategies for navigating the ups and downs of academia by joining this training.
* This training session is conducted to help IIUM academic staff to embark the journey in IIUM, unlock their full potential and thrive in the ivory tower.
