CPD TRAINING (ELU) : THE FUTURE OF AI-ENHANCED PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT FOR EDUCATORS

The Centre for Professional Development would like to invite all IIUM academic staff to enroll in training , which will be held as follows:

Topic: The Future of AI-Enhanced Professional Development for Educators 
Speaker: Prof. Dr. Rosalina Abdul Salam , Dean Faculty of Science and Technology (USIM)

PROGRAM OUTCOMES

By the end of this, participants will be able to:

1. Analyze current limitations in professional development and the potential of AI to address them.
2. Identify key AI tools and platforms applicable to educator learning and growth.
3. Evaluate real-world case studies showcasing effective integration of AI in professional development.
4. Understand ethical, legal, and equity-related challenges associated with AI in education.
5. Apply informed strategies for implementing AI-enhanced professional development within their own institutional contexts.
