CPD TRAINING (LDU) : FUNDAMENTALS OF INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGN

The Centre for Professional Development would like to invite all IIUM academic staff to enroll in training which will be held as follows:

Topic: Fundamentals of Instructional Design
Speaker: Dr. Mohd. Shukri Nordin, Department of Curriculum and Instruction, Kulliyyah of Education (KOED)
Date : 15th April 2025 (Tuesday)
Time : 10.00 am – 12.00 pm
Platform: Zoom (Online)

PROGRAM OUTCOMES

1.      Understand the principles and importance of instructional design.
2.      Gain in-depth knowledge of the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model.
3.      Apply Bloom’s Taxonomy to design effective learning objectives and assessments.
4.      Develop structured lesson plans based on instructional design principles.
5.      Enhance learner engagement and knowledge retention through well-structured content.
