The Centre for Professional Development (CPD) will be organizing an online training entitled 

“DEVELOPING PERSONAL SKILLS: EMPOWERING YOURSELF AT WORK”

 DESCRIPTION OF PROGRAMME

* This is a three-hour online training session on developing personal skills focusing on empowering oneself at work.

* Developing personal skills is extremely important for academic staff to expand their ability and competency to meet their professional and personal goals. 

* This training session is conducted to help IIUM academic staff develop their adaptability, motivation, and confidence and improve their quality of professional skills.

If you have been selected as a participant, you will receive a notification by email after 

the registration closing date.
