PROGRAM OUTCOMES:
By the end of this webinar, participants will:
- Understand SIM Principles: Explain the foundational principles and theories of self-instructional material, including its role in promoting autonomous learning.
- Design Engaging Content: Develop clear, concise, and engaging self-instructional materials using various formats, such as text, multimedia, and interactive elements.
- Apply Instructional Design Techniques: Implement key instructional design principles to structure SIM effectively, ensuring logical sequencing, clarity of objectives, and integration of formative assessments.
- Ensure Accessibility and Inclusivity: Create self-instructional materials that are accessible and inclusive, catering to diverse learning needs and ensuring that all learners can benefit from the resources.
- Evaluate and Improve SIM: Assess the effectiveness of self-instructional materials through learner feedback and performance metrics, and apply continuous improvement strategies to enhance their quality and impact.
