We were honoured to host a benchmarking visit from the Aminuddin Baki Institute (IAB), welcoming a delegation of  80 aspiring school leaders comprising future headmasters and principals as part of their leadership development programme.

The visit served as an invaluable platform for knowledge exchange and exposure to best practices in institutional management and leadership. The benchmarking objectives focused on:

• Ensuring quality services through effective management
• Optimal utilisation of resources including Human Resource, Finance, IT/AI, and Infrastructure
• Cultivating a positive organisational culture and leadership excellence
• Staff recognition, welfare initiatives, and corporate social responsibility
• Sustaining the reputation and excellence of the institution

Throughout the visit, the participants engaged in presentations, sharing sessions, and interactive discussions with our management team. They gained insights into our strategic initiatives, innovation-driven management practices, and the values that shape our organisational culture.
