ONBOARDING DEANS AND DIRECTORS

IIUM Leadership Centre has been entrusted with the responsibility to coordinate and facilitate the Onboarding for Deans and Directors programme, focuses on academic administrators who are newly appointed and re-appointed as Deans and Directors for the term 2025 – 2027.

The Onboarding programme for the Deans and Directors aims to break the silo among the University administrators and familiarise them with the roles and responsibilities, the IIUM aspirations, the good governance, and the expectations of the University top management through a well-structured onboarding process, so that they can gather the required skills, knowledge, and behaviors to become an effective leaders contributing to the organisational excellence.
