IIUM Leadership Centre has successfully organise the 2nd Series of the Strategic Benchmarking Programme with Institut Aminuddin Baki (IAB), Ministry of Education, Malaysia.

This benchmarking session is designed to provide approximately 120 future national education leaders (future headmasters and principals) with the opportunity to learn from Subject Matter Experts at the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). The session focus on the following key areas:
i. Management that maintains quality services
ii. Optimal use of resources
iii. Positive culture and best practices of management and leadership
iv. Staff reward, charity and privileges
v. Excellent reputation of organisation or institute
