The Centre for Professional Development (CPD) would like to invite all IIUM academic staff to enroll in this training, which will be held as follows:

Programme Outcomes:
Upon completion of the programme, participants are expected to:

1. Analyse the learning characteristics of Gen Z and multicultural learners to determine suitable engagement strategies.

2. Apply appropriate approaches to manage challenging student behaviour in the classroom.

3. Demonstrate cultural intelligence by adapting teaching practices to support student and workplace diversity.

Participation from administrative staff requires approval from the immediate supervisor and may register HERE.

Participants who are successfully selected will receive a confirmation email after the registration closing date.

1. Complete the i-Attend record
2. Are recorded in Zoom attendance for the required duration
3. Submit the evaluation form within 24 hours
