CELPAD MENTAL HEALTH WEEK GRAND TALK – Centre for Languages and Pre-University Academic Development (CELPAD)

May this announcement reach you while you are in the best of health by the grace of Allāh subhanahu wata’ala, Insha Allāh.

In conjunction with CELPAD Mental Health Week 2025, the Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) Unit, CELPAD is pleased to present a series of activities aimed at raising awareness and promoting emotional well-being.

The highlight of the week will be the Grand Mental Health Talk, a full-day event featuring multiple distinguished speakers who will share valuable insights, practical tips, and resources to help us care for our mental health and support others.

Grand Mental Health Talk

Date: 15th August 2025

Time: 8.30 a.m. – 5.00 p.m.

Venue: Mini Auditorium, RSD

CTD points will be provided for full attendance

Attendance for all Academic, Administrative, and Technical Staff is compulsory and all are expected to take part in the activities lined up for CELPAD Mental Health Week 2025.

During the programme, participants shall register using iAttend QR Code for attendance accordingly. Kindly do so to validate attendance for the programme. Upon programme completion, kindly fill in the evaluation form within 24 hours to be awarded CTD points.
