A student may request a partial transcript with certain administrative fees and subject to clear status.

A full transcript will be released to all graduands upon completion of clearance.

The duly completed of this form is compulsory to be submitted together with one (1) copy of softbound thesis/ dissertation to the Postgraduate Office of the Centre of Studies for further process.

This form is compulsory to be submitted by the Centre of Studies with the hardbound thesis/ dissertation and other relevant documents to Centre for Postgraduate Studies for graduate status.

Graduand may apply for advance collection of scroll after the endorsement of his/her graduation status and cleared all their dues to the University.
However, graduand who had collected the scroll and intended to attend the convocation ceremony will have to pay the full deposit for robe rental during the collection of the robe. The deposit will be refunded upon the robe return.

Students who are not able to collect the credentials on their own may send a representative to collect on behalf.

The representative may collect the credentials on behalf subject to submitting the duly completed collection of credential on behalf form to Centre for Postgraduate Studies, and the student had clear all dues to the University.

Only student with Graduate status (GR) may apply for this letter.
