Developed in response to evolving organisational needs, the programme specifically targets administrative and technical officers currently serving in acting positions at Grade 12 and 13. The initiative aims to equip these officers with the necessary competencies to assume higher leadership roles, supporting the University’s long-term talent sustainability and the building of a strong internal leadership pipeline.
The first series featured topics / modules led by the following officers from the Management Services Division (MSD):
- Human Resource Management and Current Issues: Madam Asnili Marniwati Ahmad (Deputy Director, Policy and Service)

The successful completion of this first series underscores the ILC’s commitment to nurturing high-potential staff. By providing structured training in governance and human resources, the ILC ensures that the University’s future leaders are well-prepared to contribute to institutional excellence.
