Prof. Suhaiza Ismail has been extensively involved in research on the public sector for more than 20 years, particularly in the areas of Public-Private Partnership (PPP)/Private Finance Initiative (PFI), public sector reform, procurement, and accountability. Her work focuses on strengthening public institutions, enhancing transparency, and improving governance practices in Malaysia.
