Mission
We dedicate ourselves to providing continuous professional development opportunities through a variety of PD activities aimed to enhance job-related skills (Amanah & Iqra’), leadership (Khalifah) and community engagement (Rahmatan lil ‘alamin).
Functions
1. Plan PD opportunities
Collect and analyse data from stakeholders, and trends and propose ways to meet the needs.
2. Do/Implement PD activities
Implement PD activities through organizing or collaborating with other parties.
3. Check the effectiveness of the PD activities
Collect and analyse client data to find opportunities for improvement of the unit’s effort.
4. Act on the findings
Implement the improvement identified in future activities.
5. Advising and recommending PD activitiesSeek knowledge related to PD to advise and recommend PD activities in the Centre.
