About Us

Introduction to Research & Innovation Unit (RIU)

The Research & Innovation Unit (RIU) at the Centre for Foundation Studies, International Islamic University Malaysia (CFS IIUM) was established in 2021. Currently, this unit under the supervision of the Office Dean, CFS IIUM.

The aim of this unit is to promote research and publication activities among the CFS IIUM Community. Concurrently, RIU plays an important role in broadening the knowledge base from new discoveries that are in line with policies as well as the vision and mission of the University.

On top of that, RIU is responsible for monitoring research activities that cover the scope of teaching and learning (T&L) experience, research, and innovation, that can foster lifelong learning in line with SDG-4.
