However, graduand who had collected the scroll and intended to attend the convocation ceremony will have to pay the full deposit for robe rental during the collection of the robe. The deposit will be refunded upon the robe return.

AUTHORISATION TO COLLECT ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS FORM
Students who are not able to collect the credentials on their own may send a representative to collect on behalf. The representative may collect the credentials on behalf subject to submitting the duly completed collection of credential on behalf form to Centre for Postgraduate Studies, and the student had clear all dues to the University.
